We have come for 14 days IndoChina tour in July 2023 through Izitour Vietnam, and are really happy for the excellent arrangement, all our trip was professionally arranged and Ms, Thu Hien Nguyen has really taken care for comfortable stay and everything. Every detail of our trip worked perfectly. The numerous drivers we used throughout the trip were always on time, the hotels were very nice and our tour guide was fantastic! We enjoyed the Mekong Delta and Halong Bay. All activities planned by our travel contact, Nguyen Thu Hien, we’re done incredibly well.

Hien from Izitour arranged my trip to Halong Bay with perfection. We had a late arrival into Hanoi and we were catered a private speedboat to catch the main cruise. Many of our questions were answered nicely.

After struggling to find a way to aquire a Vietnam approval letter, after finding Izitour and Hien, in a matter of weeks I had my approval letter without any problem in a very easy manner. Hien has been very kind and hepful in explaining me any doubt or question i had.

We just finished a wonderful 15-day 4-person tour with guides and drivers organized by the wonderful Sivia who also followed us step by step through the guides and direct WA contacts.
The tour touched north, central and south with internal transfers by plane.

What an amazing trip. I traveled with my 79 years young mum and everything was seamless. Our 24 night trip had all of the adventure with non of the hassle. Lien Tran our fabulous booking agent could not have been more helpful. All of my questions before booking were answered within 24 hours and while we were travelling Lien kept in touch to ensure that everything was going smoothly. What started out as an enquiry about ground transportation in Vietnam eventually turned to us booking a full private tour including accommodation with Izitour. Our family has a wide age range from an infant to two grandparents so we wanted a private tour that catered to our specific needs. And we were glad we did because we could reschedule our daily itinerary based on the weather and various circumstances. All our initial discussion was handled by Tran Lien via WhatsApp. She was so prompt and helpful with all her answers. Initially we were apprehensive about making oversea deposit payment. But all that fears were misplaced. I can confirm that they are a genuine tour agency with really professional service. Once there, we were met with really helpful tour guides and drivers. It’s often helpful to have a guide because not all locals speak English, even at the airport. Overall, would highly recommend this tour agency to anyone looking to do their holidays in Vietnam.

The communication was excellent always: in the planning phase we received from Hien our advisor, very clear explanations of the scope of the different alternatives; response was always fast after changes decided.Hien was able to design a personalized trip considering our needs and preferences, arranging everything: hotels, land and air transportation, tours. During the trip, the follow up by Hien was constant, practically every day, about how the travel was, and she was always ready to solve any issue.

I originally did not plan to visit Vietnam this time, however it turns out that I was able to empty some time this year and visit Vietnam. I thought with my Taiwanese passport I wouldn’t need a visa, however it turns out I need a visa approval letter. I quickly found IZITOUR and they were able to get it done for me in 5 working days. I very highly recommend IZITOUR for anyone considering a trip to Southeast Asia. My son and I decided to visit Vietnam and Cambodia for a trip in April 2023. We definitely wanted to arrange a private itinerary that included fully escorted tours. The next step was to find a reputable tour company to develop and itinerary for us.

I did a lot of research on the internet and found IZITOUR through TripAdvisor. All the 5-star reviews persuaded me to contact them first.

We worked with two tour consultants. The first consultant (Mr. Hoang Dinh) was absolutely wonderful to work with as we made several iterations to our itinerary. Sometime after the itinerary was finalized Hoang promoted to a Manager position. We were assigned a second consultant (Ms. Hein Nguyen Thu) who was every bit as professional and wonderful to work with.

IZITOUR arranged everything for our tour including several flights, airport pickups and transfers, hotels, guided tours, and many meals. Everything worked perfectly, and the itinerary they suggested was excellent. Hoang and Hein were very professional and stayed in contact throughout our trip to ensure that everything was meeting our expectations. They did not disappoint. Our trip was an experience of a lifetime.

In summary, I highly recommend IZITOUR when you consider engaging a travel agency for a trip to Southeast Asia. Their communication is timely and professional. They have excellent guides and drivers. Their attention to detail and attentiveness to their customers is exemplary. We will definitely use them again for future trips to Southeast Asia.

A side note completely unrelated to IZITOUR: You can bring US Dollars for either currency exchange and in some cases for payment of goods and services. A Vietnamese friend of mine told me in advance of our trip to bring NEW bills. I was not able to obtain brand-new US bills from my bank so I made sure I got very new bills in pristine condition. But I also brought some older bills with creases, folds, and tears. The worn dollar bills were rejected by everyone in both Vietnam and Cambodia. Please do pay attention to the condition of the currency you bring with you.

Our trip was very well organized. Communication with Ms. Hien Nguyen was very professional from the beginning. She was very open to our suggestions and helpful. During our stay in Mai Chau we had the opportunity to talk with representatives of minorities, learn about their culture and everyday life. We rode bikes between green rice fields, walked through the villages, tried local delicacies and even had the opportunity to watch folk dances. Our guide Mr. Chuong spoke very good German and gave us a lot of interesting information about the country, its history and present. We spent the second day on a trip to Pu Luong and wandering through villages and terraced rice fields. The last day is Ninh Binh and beautiful landscapes seen during a bike trip and a boat ride.
