I am very happy to share my experience with IZITOUR as they provided an incredible trip to Hanoi. From start to finish, the tour was extremely well organized and the tour guides were extremely professional and friendly.

The tour included all the major sights and activities in Hanoi, including a walk around Hoan Kiem Lake, a tour of the temples and pagodas in the Old Quarter, and a visit to the famous Water Puppet Theater. The accommodations were also top notch and offered all the amenities one could ask for.

However, what really sets IZITOUR apart is their ability to provide authentic and local experiences. We had the opportunity to sample local foods and experience traditional crafts that would have otherwise eluded us.

All in all, the trip with IZITOUR was an unforgettable experience and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Hanoi. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the trip special and one that I will always remember.

did I have fun, laughs and more fun! Vietnamese food is great, you will not go hungry. They have a wide variety of delicious food. Ps it is always good to ask about the ingredients of the dish... That way you can decide if you would like to try it, or maybe order something else.

Izitour provided great services and support all along my visits to Vietnam and Cambodia, allowing me to discover iconic places.

We changed our itinerary and did not go with this agency but all exchanges with Lyn Tran were perfect.

We loved our wonderful trip to Vietnam. Total change of scenery between the hustle and bustle of the big cities, the calm of the countryside in the middle of the rice fields of the north, the cruise on Halong Bay, the temples and so on. Our homestays allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in local life. everything was perfect.

For some circumstances I have not been able to use the Izitour services, but asking for information about the Mekong Delta tour I came across a girl with extreme professionalism and kindness named Silvia Duong but I promised myself to do it when I return to Vietnam!! Thanks Sylvia

Contacted 3 months before our departure and without any commitment on our part, Van Anh Phan (Anna) has always answered my requests for information (Visa info and tour advice in Vietnam). During our 4 months stay between Vietnam and Thailand, Anna is always there to help us and send us information. We established together our tour in the North, from Sapa to Ba Be lake from Hanoi. Perfect organization and a French-speaking guide Vinh of great quality, he was our scout, our encyclopedia and intermediary during our meetings with the ethnic groups of the North. Exceptional trip! VAN Anh Phan also organized our 2-day cruise on Lan Ha Bay. And there again, it was sublime on the Venezia and the transfer to Ninh Binh was done without a hitch. A great team of professionals who listen and know how to adapt to the travelers' wishes. Special mention to Van Anh Phan and our guide Vinh.

We had the most amazing time on a 3 day 2 night cruise in the Prince Junk along Halong Bay, the boat was stunning, the cabin and bathroom first class. The food was amazing, breakfast, lunch and dinner all served in a beautiful setting. The crew were brilliant, they looked after us from start to finish, top class service, our tour guide made our trip enjoyable, the stops along the way we're breathtaking, BBQ on the beach,they went out of their way to make us happy, birthday cake, little gifts, the bar had everything you could want. Coming to Vietnam for the first time, with my husband we wanted to discover the country and to be supervised. Very reassured by the agency we could enjoy a cultural tour with walks in different temples but also more unusual activities like cooking classes or visit of a candy and lacquered objects factory.

First of all I would like to thank Ms. Lyn Tran who was 100% involved in our project.
She met all our expectations in record time. Together we were able to adapt the schedule as we wished, we are not yet gone but we will leave with a weight less, that of the organization and management of our vacations. My friend and I requested four quotes from different companies for a specialised "heritage" tour of 12 days in Hanoi/Halong Bay and Central Vietnam in January. We had done a little research and had a few of our own ideas of what we wanted to see but not only did Ms Tran Lien provide us with the most attractive-looking tour schedule (with photos) but it seemed the most suitable for our needs and good value for money. After a couple of small changes which were easily accommodated and very promptly replied to we agreed to go ahead and on arrival received a very good service from their office, their guides and drivers. We very much enjoyed all aspects of the itinerary and had an extremely memorable trip thanks to their expert organisation and suggestions. We have since given them a little feedback as the only reason for not awarding 5 stars is that they chose some of the hotels close to the beach, which would have been superb had it not been chilly and raining heavily on those particular days! They have readily accepted that they should err on the side of caution in January and choose alternatives in future. We have no hesitation in recommending them most warmly for your visit to Vietnam, either long or short, and we hope to return ourselves in the near future. We learnt a lot about the country, and loved both the scenery and the people! Many thanks!

I was stressed because few days before my departure I didn't received a response for my visa . Someone take care of me and help me with all the paperwork, with a lot of attentions and kindness. It's beautiful to see people like that
