My husband and I have just returned from a 14 day customized tour of Northern Vietnam organized by Izitour at short notice. Our agent was Lien Tran and we cannot thank her enough for all her hard work to make our trip so memorable. The itinerary, the accommodations, the guides and drivers were all so good. Lien made changes and additions for us and visited us twice at our hotel in Hanoi. The service we received could not have been kinder or friendlier. If you want the Vietnam travel planning done for you in the most professional way and have fantastic support throughout the whole trip, you should definitely go for Izitour!
We requested a private Sapa tour for 2 people from Hanoi very last-minute (the day before), and Ms Hien arranged everything immediately and was super helpful throughout the trip. We got unlucky with the transport to Sapa which unfortunately was delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, but Ms Hien handled the situation very professionally - she called the driver a few times and updated us on the progress, and eventually also reimbursed us for the delay.
In Sapa our guide Sue was already waiting for us and in spite of our late arrival we did all the hiking as planned. We learnt a lot about the local cultures and enjoyed truly breathtaking views of rice terraces and mountains over 2 days.
Ms Hien also booked a very nice hotel for us (Sapa Elegance), and we got a room with a view on the city. The staff was really helpful, because even though we had to check out before our hike on the second day, we were offered to use the shower before our return to Hanoi, which was really nice considering the length of the journey.

I recently had a chance to use IZITour services for my customized tour to Vietnam

I am from Pakistan, its almost impossible for Pakistanis to get Visa of vietnam directly. I almost lost hope that I will be able to make it for this tour. But I was trying to find out different ways to see if there is any possibility to get visa. I saw advertisements of IZITour and dropped them an email.

I planned a 6 days tour with IziTour and I would love to say that I am very much satisfied with their services. Nguyen suggested me a hotel that was in the heart of city and I was able to have access most of the places by walking. Quality of rooms and overall environment was upto the mark as well. Food's quality was good as well.

Tour guide and driver was soo cooperative and friendly as well. Being a solo traveller, it wasn't easy for me to adjust or feel comfortable there at start but they helped and guided me with everything. Also helped me find food places that offer hilal food, which was great help. And they were always on time for daily activities.

Also, it was my birthday and they helped me to make so many great memories which i would never forget

During our Vietnam visit we have completely overlooked the fact that as a Dutch citizens we still need visa in Vietnam and we just discovered it 24 hours before our flight during the check in routine.. since it takes between 3 to 10 days to get an e visa we were really running out of options but luckily, I found a review about Hien at Izitour with her Whatsup number.. I wrote her without having much hope but got an immediate response and even though I only had about 1 hour to send all the docs, we have successfully received our visa on arrival a just as promised 5 hours later. Hien is super professional and would confirm every step taken and every email received ! I highly recommend Hien and Izitour for any services related to Vietnam-!!!!!!

Very serious and professional agency. The agency staff are very helpful and competent. We were followed by Silvia (Italian-speaking agent). Trip for 7 people (August 2023): 2d/1n boat trip (Cat Ba - equivalent to Halong Bay) + 1d Ninh Binh land trip (Halong Bay land trip)
Lim our planner concocted a dream tour for us:
- she took into account all our wishes (hotels, transport, activities), which we exchanged quite a lot (all by whatsapp - with perfect French handwriting)
- several possible choices that could be modified down to the last detail
- a clear and precise quote

We booked a 26-day private couple tour with destination Vietnam and Cambodia. We just came back from an amazing 12 day trip to Vietnam from Ho Chi Minh City, Hoi An to Hanoi. Ou travel Consultant, Mrs Hien organized the whole trip for us, she is a very professional lady and always one whatsapp away to sort any issues if any. Through WhatsApp, she tirelessly assisted me in resolving my visa-related concerns. We contacted IZITOUT in order to organize a 15 days Vietnam tour from south to north, Our consultant was Duong Cao (Silvia).
