We turned to IZI Tour on the recommendation of a friend who had just traveled to Vietnam with them, and I must say we were very satisfied. Our coordinator, My, was very skilled and patient in designing with us a customized tour that also included some beach time (Mui Ne, Phu Quoc). Her cheerful, straightforward, youthful, and humorous way of communicating — while remaining patient and professional — was a great help. The choice of hotels and Italian-speaking guides was excellent, and the drivers were always kind and punctual. Moreover, My provided quick assistance when we had to slightly modify our tour due to flooding in central Vietnam. All in all, it was a very positive experience that I would recommend to everyone.
