- Accommodation requests and preferences (including preferred room type or floor, personal preferences including amenities, language, interests, hobbies, ages of children or companions and any other aspects that our Services required;

- Frequent flyer and travel partner program affiliations; Information or content you provide regarding your desired marketing;

- Feedback on our Services and third parties;

- Conversations, including records for quality assurance, account management (B2B) and training purposes, and other communications where permitted by applicable law or based upon your consent;

- Any other types of information that you voluntarily choose to provide to us.

Travellers (or our Trade Partners) may provide what is considered ‘sensitive personal information’ under applicable privacy laws (herein referred to as “Sensitive Personal Data”). For example, you may disclose your religious affiliation to us when you travel or attend an event or provide your health information or dietary restrictions.

We shall only process Sensitive Personal Data if and to the extent permitted and required by applicable law or with your express consent. Unless required by law, you are not required to provide us with any Sensitive Personal Data and we shall continue to furnish your travel to our best ability.

     c. Personal Data from Third Parties

We may collect Personal Data related to you from third party trade partners such as travel agencies, tour operators and online booking services, and other affiliates including public databases, joint marketing partners, third parties who sell products and services under our brands and your social medial sites consistent with your setting on such services.

Additionally, if you submit other people’s personal data – such as your children and other companions – in connection with the Services, you are also deemed to be representing that you have the authority and permit us to use their Personal Data for the purposes described in this Privacy policy.

Your Personal Data are collected in a number of ways, stated as below:

When our team have made contact with you or your company in the past through (and not restricted to) tradeshows and any other sales related networking events.

Our Trade Partners who elect to use our Services will be asked to supply specific Personal Data of their clients, as the ‘Required Information’ to secure the reservation. If there is any event organized with us, we collect meeting and event specifications, such as your name, contact details, date of event, occasion, number of guest rooms required, and length of stay from you. We also collect all the information about our guests which are a necessary part of your group or event.

When you provide your comments and feedback or communicate with us, we will collect Personal Data that you voluntarily share with us on the questionnaires. We also collect your Personal Data when you communicate with us via text or e-mail or otherwise, like Messengers, WhatApp etc. 

When you share photos with consent, we may collect and publish photos and images you voluntarily share with us about your experience with us as your destination management company (DMC), which you may post on our Services.

When you log-in on social media site such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram… and like our pages, follow us on these network, we collect information from, share content and using your information settings within such as location, check-ins, activities, interests, photos, status updates, as well as Personal Data that may be included in your profile or friend’s profile.  

In some case, we receive your Personal Data from other source like public databases, joint marketing partners, and other third parties including travel agencies, airlines and credit card partners.

Personal Data are used in a number of ways as set forth below.

a. Performance of a Contract. We process your Personal Data to fill in a contract with you, including yours (or client’s) reservation, in fulfilling your order.

Those include providing you with superior customer services, keeping our Services safe and secure and to protect our operations or those of any of our affiliates or other third parties. a. Hotels and other accommodation providers. The Personal Data you provide to us related to making a reservation are shared with the respective hotel or property for purposes of fulfilling your reservation request. The hotel or other property shall be managed and owned by an independent third-party who shall also disclose their Privacy policy with you via their relevant website.

For example, accommodation and airlines to help provide you with a single source for purchasing travel-related services. Some of your Personal data will need to be given to, processed and stored by relevant third parties.  These third parties include: Our technology and data management partners who help us to administer the services we provide; Our contact centre (including ‘live chat’) partners who provide services to enhance customer bookings and requests; Our travel partners, such as airlines, airports, hoteliers, insurance companies and ground handling agents (depending on the travel services you book), so that they can provide you with the arrangements and assistance you require; Our card payment facilitators, that help us process customer payments and assists us in  detecting and preventing fraudulent payments or bookings.

We commercially maintain appropriate security safeguards that are designed to protect the Personal Data. Certainly, no method of transmission over the Internet and no method ofelectronic storage are 100% secure. We cannot warrant that your Personal Data is under an absolute security with the existing security technology. Besides, there is a risk inherent in the use of e-mail.
