My husband and I have just come back from a wonderful private 3 week tour of Vietnam and Cambodia organised by IZITOUR. It exceeded all our expectations and was totally trouble free. Our itinerary took us all over Vietnam from the north starting in Hanoi, walking in the mountains and terraced rice fields near Sapa, and cruising among the islands in Halong Bay, through the centre of the country where we visited the magnificent caves in Phong Nha, the former imperial capital of Hue and the pretty town of Hoi An where we allowed ourselves a rest day at the nearby beach. We flew to Ho Chi Minh City and explored the Mekong Delta region before taking a boat to Phnom Penh and then concluding our trip with a visit to Angkor Wat and a boat trip on the Tonie Sap lake past floating villages and an amazing bird sanctuary.
We had several different guides and drivers during the trip who were all very helpful, professional and extremely punctual. They gave us insights into the culture and family lives of the local people. We also appreciated the interesting venues chosen for meals and which were included in our package - we ate in private homes, rural villages and a garden village as well as in larger restaurants. It was a wonderfully relaxed way to experience the two countries and has left us with many happy memories of all the places we visited and the people we met. I would definitely recommend IZITOUR to anyone visiting Vietnam.

My wife and I travelled to Vietnam in April 2024 and we contacted IZITOUR, particularly for our local travel arrangements and the cruise to Tu Long Bay. Young LIM dealt with all our requests quickly and professionally. We were very pleased with her work, especially as she speaks very good French. This reassured us as it was our first trip to Vietnam. A very good travel agency that was able to help us put together this magnificent 14-day holiday in Northern Vietnam. We really appreciated the guides, the walks away from the crowds and the recommended homestays. Great discovery of Vietnam with IZITOUR ; we recommend it. 
We spent 3 weeks with no downtime. The Mekong delta, the rice terraces, Halong Bay on land and sea... we had our eyes full.
Culturally, it's a very rich country, and the visits to the various temples, My Son, the citadel at Hue, the tunnels dug during the Vietnam War, etc., were very enriching. Our guides were very friendly and attentive, always answering our various questions.
We never waited for the drivers. The hotels and meals were very good.
Thanks to Anna for organizing this trip and to the various contributors for giving us such a great time. We're coming back from this trip with our heads full of memories, and we'll always remember the smiles on the faces of the Vietnamese people.

We did the 'Mai Chau - Pu Luong - Ninh Binh Adventure Tour - 05 Days-Tour' and we were very pleased with it. We slept in very comfortable homestays and were spoiled with culinary delights at every meal. The route planning was very good and was adapted to our needs if necessary. Our tour guide Mr. Dong and his driver Mr. Fu took very good care of us and made this tour an unforgettable experience for us. We can recommend 'IziTour' without reservation.

We booked a Cu chi tunnels tour and everything was perfect. We asked for a french speaking guide and got Henri. He was very nice and professional. Lunch was included and they brought us to HCM village restaurant. The food was amazing. Would definitely book again with Izytour and recommend to my friends and family for future tours in Vietnam.

We did 3 week private tour of Laos and Vietnam. The initial consultation process was incredibly professional. The proposed program was interesting and varied and at the same time open to personal choices. The overall coordination was faultless and on tour care was of very high standard. Planned daily activities allowed for plenty of free time to explore each location on our own.

I used their service to get a quick visa to Vietnam for my Australian boyfriend. I recommend them 100%, they are great, fast and very friendly. I received the visa the next morning and it was the cheapest offer out of all the sites offering a fast visa!

Mini cruise in Ha Long Bay (2 days, 1 night). We appreciated being able to organize this trip at the last minute (the day before for the next day) with a French-speaking person. The result was perfect, and we had a wonderful time in Vietnam, returning home with our heads full of wonderful memories.
We landed in Hanoi, where we spent 2 days, then headed for Mai Chau, then Ninh Binh, Danang, Hué, and finally Hoi An. A totally private tour with French driver and guide, a real delight.
We learned so much, and our 2 guides, Hà and Han, were just great and so nice.

We had a problem obtaining by ourselves our visas on time, not having anticipated the closure of administrations for the Tet Festival.
