Well organised tour, Lucie, our guide in Hanoi was fantastic.
The overnight train experience from Hanoi to Sapa is to be recommended.
In Sapa, our Hmong guide, Su, took us through the beautiful terraced rice fields for two days and gave us an insight into the lives of the minorities living in the area.
The Halong Bay cruise was a spectacular and excellent experience.
We then moved on to Hoi an and Hue, two beautiful little towns.
Overall a good organisation, with Lien always available for anything. All the transfers were perfect.

Very good organization. We booked a last-minute cruise on Ha Long Bay, and the consultant was very helpful with the booking and available to guide us. She spoke our language (FR) and was very patient to help us as much as possible if we had any difficulty.

I contacted IZITOUR from Italy in January 2024, initially by email, then by whatsapp to plan with them a 12-day tour of northern and central Vietnam for a family summer vacation (4 adults and a 16-year-old girl).
Our intention was to get to know the most authentic part of Vietnam, without too much running around and trying to enjoy the right time for each activity. The result was outstanding: we felt pampered and in total safety at every stop on our itinerary, our IZITOUR contact was always traceable.
The timing was perfect and all travel and accommodations were chosen with attention to every detail. The guides spoke English and had excellent training. In short, everything was organized with professionalism and care.

I had an amazing experience with IZITOUR’s Hue itinerary. We visited key sites like Emperor Minh Mang’s tomb, Thuy Bieu Village, Thien Mu Pagoda, and the Hue Citadel. The boat ride along the Perfume River and biking in Thuy Bieu were highlights. My guide, Mr. Huy, was excellent, providing deep insights into Vietnam’s and Hue’s history. Highly recommended!

With my family we spent one day discovering Cu Chi tunnels and the Cao Dai temple in Tay Ninh with Izitour, and the private tour was just perfect. Anna helped us plan everything, she was very responsive and helpful. Doan was an incredible tour guide, we learnt sooo much with him. He knew so many things about the Vietnamese culture, and was also very funny, it was a real pleasure to spend the day with him.

My husband and I have just come back from a wonderful private 3 week tour of Vietnam and Cambodia organised by IZITOUR. It exceeded all our expectations and was totally trouble free. Our itinerary took us all over Vietnam from the north starting in Hanoi, walking in the mountains and terraced rice fields near Sapa, and cruising among the islands in Halong Bay, through the centre of the country where we visited the magnificent caves in Phong Nha, the former imperial capital of Hue and the pretty town of Hoi An where we allowed ourselves a rest day at the nearby beach. We flew to Ho Chi Minh City and explored the Mekong Delta region before taking a boat to Phnom Penh and then concluding our trip with a visit to Angkor Wat and a boat trip on the Tonie Sap lake past floating villages and an amazing bird sanctuary.
We had several different guides and drivers during the trip who were all very helpful, professional and extremely punctual. They gave us insights into the culture and family lives of the local people. We also appreciated the interesting venues chosen for meals and which were included in our package - we ate in private homes, rural villages and a garden village as well as in larger restaurants. It was a wonderfully relaxed way to experience the two countries and has left us with many happy memories of all the places we visited and the people we met. I would definitely recommend IZITOUR to anyone visiting Vietnam.

My wife and I travelled to Vietnam in April 2024 and we contacted IZITOUR, particularly for our local travel arrangements and the cruise to Tu Long Bay. Young LIM dealt with all our requests quickly and professionally. We were very pleased with her work, especially as she speaks very good French. This reassured us as it was our first trip to Vietnam. A very good travel agency that was able to help us put together this magnificent 14-day holiday in Northern Vietnam.
