We've just returned from a stay in Vietnam (north and center), on a private tour for 2 couples of friends.
This tour was tailor-made by Anna (Van anh) from Izitour, who was really top-notch.
She helped us tailor the tour to our desires, and went out of her way to ensure our satisfaction.
The result was perfect, and we had a wonderful time in Vietnam, returning home with our heads full of wonderful memories.
We landed in Hanoi, where we spent 2 days, then headed for Mai Chau, then Ninh Binh, Danang, Hué, and finally Hoi An. A totally private tour with French driver and guide, a real delight.
We learned so much, and our 2 guides, Hà and Han, were just great and so nice.
So for all this THANK YOU Anna, thank you for your kindness, your responsiveness to all our requests, the speed of your answers to our questions and requests, the choice of your hotels, guides, places to see and visit, the activities proposed....without you this trip would not have been the same

We had a problem obtaining by ourselves our visas on time, not having anticipated the closure of administrations for the Tet Festival.
Fortunately, the IZITours team, and particularly LIEN, was incredibly helpful and extremely efficient, not hesitating to take care of everything even during their holidays.

My wife and I recently took a 3-day tour with private guide through MaiChau and Ninh Binh with Izitour. We were very satisfied by the tour. There was a good blend of visits and time off. Our guide Mr Phong was very friendly and helpful. The Izitour was extremely responsive. Also, we appreciated the opportunity to choose our hotel category and very much enjoyed the lunches provided during the tour. We would recommend this Izitour tour to our friends and family.

My wife and I did the HOI AN TO HUE & PHONG NHA CAVES | AUTHENTIC PACKAGE TOUR. We had an amazing time and this package was exactly what we were wanting. The accommodations were terrific and great was a good nights rest after an exciting days of tours. Both our tour guides Mr. Sáu and Mrs. Sa were very informative and spoke great English. They were both so attentive and had great communication. Leading up to our tour we Ms. Lien who answered all our questions and kept checking in with us throughout the tour to make sure everything was meeting our expectations. I would recommend this tour group if you want to tour Vietnam.

The tour was well organized. Good communication with the sales people during preparation and tour itself. Great, that Izitours was so flexible to move one day trip to another day due to an illness from our side.

We had a great tour with our guide Ms Than Hien (Kat) and our driver.
Kat has a wealth of knowledge about ethnic people and Vietnamese culture and which she shares and explains very clearly. We visited beautiful places and villages and interacted with local people. We stayed at lovely homestay where we had amazing dinners with the hosts who were very warm and welcoming
Mai Chau and Pu Luong have beautiful views and we had lovely trekking among terraced rice fields. The bike tour and boat tour in Ninh Binh were also very pleasant (we also saw the monkeys!). I'd recommend this tour, it allows you to visit many different places and learn a lot about Vietnam and it's culture. Thank you again Kat and to our amazing driver!

Izitours, in particular Mrs. Van Anh Phan, has organized an overnight cruise departing from Catba in Lanha Bay. Transfer from our hotel in Hanoi, then from Catba to Ninhbinh. Personalized organization of several transfers from HoChiMinh airport to the Mekong Delta and back, with timing respected. Perfect organization, good advice and a very warm welcome in their Hanoi office. Mrs. Van Anh Phan is very professional, friendly and available, and her French is excellent, which facilitated our exchanges.

Izitour saved my trip to Vietnam. I completely forgot to apply for a visa before my flight. Unfortunately it was already the weekend and the immigration office was closed. Izitour prepared everything over the weekend to get an urgent visa for me on Monday. I only lost one day through my own fault. Thank you for your good support
