We had a wonderful experience with Izytour. Our tour manager, Ms Lien, was incredibly patient and revised our itinerary many times until version 6, making sure everything was perfectly suited to our family’s needs. She stayed in close contact with us throughout the process and during the trip, regularly checking on our safety and ensuring everything ran smoothly.
The itinerary details were very well thought out, the tours were excellent, and the guides were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We were especially impressed by Izytour’s flexibility and understanding when we had a family emergency — their response was caring, professional, and truly appreciated.
Overall, Izytour offers great value for money, excellent service, and genuine care for their clients. We would definitely recommend Izytour to our family and friends and would happily travel with them again.
