I spent 24 days in Vietnam and this trip organized by Anh Vu will remain unforgettable. Between spectacular landscapes, incredible cuisine, and a warm welcome, it’s a destination I highly recommend. I loved meeting the locals, all very kind, discovering handicrafts, the sunrise over Ha Long Bay, Hoi An and its colorful lanterns, Hanoi and its bustling life. Be careful though, traffic can be intense and quite impressive in big cities.

Careful, precise, and very friendly organization. I booked a tour with my son, and they dedicated time and provided high-quality experiences—I couldn’t have asked for more! Both the guides (we had as many as four, alternating from north to south) and the drivers were professional, kind, and helpful.
In addition to accompanying us on the planned excursions, they also suggested evening activities and great places to eat, where you can dine very well at very reasonable prices—around €8–10 is more than enough for food and drinks.

Excellent organization by Teresa (Thuy Do), with guide and driver accompanying us. We visited villages in the northeast, went trekking through terraced rice mountains, and stayed in elegant homestays immersed in authentic Vietnamese life.

Vietnam had intrigued me for a long time, but before departure I didn’t really know what to expect. Thanks to our travel consultant My Dinh, everything was organized with great care and attention. I would like to highlight that she never imposed choices but built a tailor-made itinerary with us, fully respecting our interests — a truly personalized experience.

Throughout the entire trip, we always felt safe: punctual pick-ups, well-organized guides and drivers, and a clear and detailed daily program.

We started in the north, visiting Hanoi and enjoying a unique experience eating right next to the railway tracks, with the train passing just a few centimeters away — incredible! Ha Long Bay was simply spectacular and magical, sailing among the limestone islands in a surreal atmosphere. The Garden Bay Cruise staff was impeccable: always available, kind, and professional.

Continuing to Hoi An, we experienced authentic moments in local villages: cycling, making paper flowers, and traditional printing — truly special experiences.

Finally, the south with Saigon: the Cu Chi tunnels and the War Museum were very emotional. Difficult and moving to see, but extremely informative and important to understand the country’s history.

All our guides were fantastic, especially Nguyễn Hữu Nhân, Phương Anh, and Chiara, who made every visit even more interesting and engaging.

I can’t wait to return to Vietnam to continue exploring it, and I would definitely trust Izitour and its amazing team again.

Izitour.com is one of the best tour you can count on if not the best when you come to Vietnam. They really can accommodate to your needs and very flexible programs, schedules, Hotels, langages and can answers to all your questions. They even communicate with them during your travel and offer support till the end. If you want to experience Vietnam with your family without having to plan everything on your own. Would recommend the 5 stars hotels if you can pay the difference. 4 stars still great but have some small issues. Example. Eden Star Hotel is a great 4 stars hotel but the sounds isolation between rooms is not the best. Don’t be afraid to ask for changes. They will try their best to help and make your stay worth while. Our planner Lien was very hard working and stayed with us through all the process. Can’t thank her enough since we had many many requests and she delivered.

I have just returned from a 2-night tour in Sapa. I described my preferences and, thanks to Yen’s help, the itinerary fully met my expectations. It’s a pity that the foggy days prevented us from visiting Mount Fansipan, but it was still an incredible experience!
