From the moment my husband and I contacted IZI tours we were paired with a kind, helpful agent. Lien was our dedicated agent who went above and beyond in organising our honeymoon trip to Vietnam and Cambodia.

After reading through numerous packages, we found we wanted to do several activities from a few different style tours. Nothing was a problem, and Lien organised it, curating a 17 day tour for us. We also stated this was for our honeymoon so could the hotels be slightly upgraded to make our travel that little bit more special, and each hotel that was booked, all through Vietnam, to Cambodia , were perfect, of course we paid accordingly. Even the 1 night- 2 day Halong bay cruise was above and beyond our expectations with us having the biggest room on the cruise, of course with a towel swan or two and rose petals. Was a magical touch. We picked the private tour guide and driver element too which for us, mid 30’s couple on our honeymoon was absolutely an experience we cannot forget. All tour guides and drivers were super friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and clearly enjoyed what they do for a living.

A extra special touch, which is all thanks to LIEN, our dedicated travel agent, Was the countless swans, flower arrangements, desserts, or special cocktails on arrival to all our hotels for our honeymoon was just magical. LIEN definitely went above and beyond, she actually greeted us at our first hotel on arrival in Hanoi, went through our 17 day schedule , even had a welcome gift , vietnamese coffee set, locally hand made bag, and some post cards. Perfect little souvenirs. An extra mention is we had asked about weather and best times to visit certain places in those countries, And she was very honest in letting us know what areas are best to miss, due to wet season ans gave us suggestions that were just as pleasant, So we didn’t miss out, overall can’t recommend IZI tours enough, and ask for Lien, she and her team were 10/10.

An extra special touch we appreciated , Lien was often in touch , especially for flight updates to ensure we knew what was happening and our travel went as smooth as possible. And that it did. If the bank allowed it, we would do it all again!

We are five friends who came to Vietnam for 24 days and called upon the company IZITOUR several times for our excursions, the longest of which was the Northeast circuit/tour. As usual, we were delighted with the services and particularly with the contacts we had with Mr. Anh Vu, our representative, who was at the same time very attentive to our requests, very responsive, and very pleasant to deal with.

I have been working with Vu Tran for near 3 weeks on a 29 day extensive customized trip for my girlfriend and I. I arrived in Vietnam with a Swiss passport and was unaware that a visa was required. Blocked at customs, I was desperate. While searching for an urgent visa to enter the country, I met Yen, who solved all my visa problems within a few hours, allowing me to enter the next day! Once I entered the country, I wanted to meet her to thank her, and through the agency I discovered fantastic tours I had no idea about! She completely changed my holiday! Truly knowledgeable, she gave me lots of advice and an added value - SHE SPEAKS ITALIAN!!! I recommend her to everyone and guarantee the professionalism of both the agency and Yen!!! This was my first time traveling alone. I relied on IZI tour for hotels and excursions. They were fantastic; the guides are wonderful girls with whom I formed a beautiful friendship. We made a beautiful trip with Izitour to the Nord Ouest of vietnam. Anh Vu is very professional and help us with the conception of the itinerary,reserved nice hotel for us, the drivers and guide were good and programs interesting. A wonderful, unforgettable trip managed by our precious Phuong, who was able to completely meet our expectations and requests.

An absolutely magnificent trip, very well organized by PHUONG, who was able to completely meet our requests, always available, particularly thoughtful and attentive to the smallest details. The guides spoke French very well and were able to help us discover and love Vietnam. As for the car and motorbike drivers, they drove very safely.

We had a perfect experience for the organization of our short cruise in Halong Bay. Phuong, the person who organized everything for us, was extremely responsive, answered each of our questions and her directions were perfect. Small bonus for us: she speaks French very well!

Lien designed a private tour for us, arriving Hanoi and travelling down Vietnam to HMC. Overall it was excellent, the guides and drivers were very helpful, informative and in tune with us. The hotels, in general, were well chosen and the trips gave a gtreat insight into Vietnamese cultures and history. Exactly what we were looking for. When the programme had to be slightly altered, for example jet lag or the 50th anniversary celebratio in HMC, Lien was able to move things around. We highly recommend Lien and the team.

Huy Hung PHAM at IZITOUR was the coordinator of our 23 day series of tours. Only 2 of our days were group tours. The rest were private tours. Our first guide was Mai Chi. She was a wonderful guide in every way. Always on time, cheerful, polite and knowledgeable. This was our first experience in Asia and we decided to just see Vietnam. Hanoi,Mai Chau, Pu Luong, Ninh Binh, Bai Tu Long Bay, Hoi An, Hue, My Son, HCMC, Phu Quoc Island. We had the experience of a lifetime. The hotels and home stays were really nice and chosen with care. The food was fine and all details were taken care of. My wife did comprehensive research and planing but Huy really helped make Vietnam a very, very special experience. Special highlights include the cruise in Tu Long Bay, My Don Sanctuary . Sol A Bang Beach Resort,Sea Sense Phi Quoc Resort (Sea view villa,) and Cai Rang floating market , Mekong Delta.

We used Izitour to organize a two-day and one-night cruise on Halong Bay, and we have wonderful memories of it! A huge thank you to Phuong (Pauline), our travel agent, for her professionalism, responsiveness, and efficiency. She perfectly understood our expectations, respected our budget, and was able to offer us a tailor-made experience. IZITOUR arranged a 14 day trip for us from Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) - My Tho - Da Nang - Hoi An - Hue - Hanoi - Ninh Binh - Bai Tu Long Bay. We decided very last minute to travel to Vietnam as we could not get flights and then we had to ask them to change the itinerary to start in the South and finish in the north and they managed to put an amazing itinerary together for us with all the different hotels, tours, flights and transfers. Every part of the itinerary and all the tours were perfect and it was great to finish on such a high with the overnight cruise in Bai Tu Long Bay. Mr Huy Hung was available all the time, even on weekends for any questions we had. One of the day trips got cancelled due to bad weather and within a short time, he had arranged another activity for us for the day. I highly recommend IZITOUR for your Vietnam holiday arrangements. Vietnam is an amazing place to visit.

Beautiful area, very picturesque. Kayaking could have been better organized. Food was fantastic! One other thing. There is quite a bit of garbage at the sites that we visited. I don't think that enough is being done to clean these areas up and then to keep them clean.

I originally contacted a very well known local agency to help me to organizing a customized all-inclusive private tour of northern Vietnam, with additional customized requests for the rest of Vietnam. As an experienced traveller (having visited 80+ countries), mass tourism is not my cup of tea and most of the time, I prefer to pick my own hotels an design my own itinerary. The communication with this 1st agency was difficult and annoying as they kept imposing some classic tourist sites which I was not interested in, obviously to charge extra mileage. When I insisted to stick to my itinerary, they slowed down the communication. So I lost patience and send my proposal to IZI. From day one I got a wonderful service by my sales rep, Mr Huy ([email protected]), who quickly sent me a proposal including all my requests. The original all inclusive 12-day northern tour was extended to a 25-day contrat, with more specific requests: airlines booking, ground transportation, private guide and chauffeur when needed. Customer service is overall very good everywhere in Vietnam but at IZI, it is elevated to the exponential. And to my surprise, the billing proposal came back much cheaper then the one proposed by the original and more well known agency!

As we have now returned from this fantastic trip, I can confirm that we had a wonderful trip and we could never had succeeded this without the precious help of the IZI team: they constantly checked the flights (which could, but thankfully did not, got delayed as we were in the typhon season), all pick-ups at airports and hotels were on time, car was clean, our driver Mr Vu was hugely professional, managing very difficult road conditions in the north one month after a major typhon created mud slides (so don't attempt to drive yourself!) . This being said, although accommodations are rather basic in the north, this region is a must as scenery is stunning. But the choice of a reliable agency with good drivers is extremely important in this context.
We thus highly recommend IZI TOUR agency, with reliable sales rep, guides and drivers. Our IZI experienced guide, Mr Tung's long experience of the region and local contacts allowed us to visit the houses of local ethnics which was an amazing experience. No commercial agency could manage this. IZI is really close to the local network and this makes all the difference.

Anna is a very helpful and pleasant person. Everything went very smoothly! I would recommend this agency without a doubt.

We arrived in Hanoi on November 14th for a three day stay. Private transfers and tours (we booked our hotel directly) had been organised with IziTour over WhatsApp in advance of our arrival. We had obtained our visas on-line, which is a simple, straight forward process (if you are a British citizen, you most likely do not need a visa). We had also organised a one-day cruise in Ha Long Bay, which we booked directly on our own. Huy Hung, our organiser, was flexible as we had to go through several iterations before finalising our trip (it took as a while before finalising our preferences), although not always responsive. Hanoi is a fascinating city, and all the people we met were very friendly and polite. Modern airconditioned cars were provided for the transfers (and the tour on second day), which took place without any issues. We did a jeep tour on the first half-day and the city highlights and monuments on the second. Both tour guides (young adults in their 20s) were very friendly, pleasant, polite and truly service oriented making best effort to accommodate any request we would have. Unfortunately, however they could offer only limited information/background on the sites that we were viewing. I would characterise them as “escorts” rather than proper tour guides. While we have very much enjoyed our trip and Hanoi experience, we were expecting a more professional/educational narration from our guides. Value for money was below expectations. As all payments were effectively made in VDN, I would also suggest that you agree prices in VDN to avoid FX movements that could work against you.
