Professionalism and Kindness

I had organised a 16-day tour with eight friends. Sabrina was always available to accommodate our needs. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, my wife and I were unable to join the trip just one day before departure. Sabrina was professional and kind in trying to help us recover some of the costs, and she managed to do more than I had expected. I think that, when possible, I will organise another tour with your agency. Well done!
