I didn’t end up travelling with them, but I’m leaving this review because they truly earned it.

I requested quotes from five agencies for a tailor-made trip to Vietnam, and Letícia (Trang Dang) from IZITOUR was by far the one who did the best job. Ten versions of the itinerary, everything in writing, a crystal-clear contract and no evasive answers.

When I asked about a quiet room in Hanoi, she called the hotel and let me know that the room faced the street, offering me a better and cheaper alternative. That kind of honesty is worth a lot.

We chose another agency for reasons related to the travel product, not the service. Highly recommended.
