Izitour organisation was truly flawless and very carefully done according to our wishes. We've done a nine days tour across North Vietnam, visiting Ha Noi, Ha Long Bay, Ninh Binh, Lao Cai, Bac Ha and Sapa before returning to Ha Noi.
We've been warmly welcome the first day and introduced to the team, which was very reassuring and nice. Our first guide, Dung, showed us the local life of Ha Noi and Ninh Binh. She has shown great flexibility to accommodate to our requests. She also provided the necessary background to make our experience unforgettable
In the North, we've spent three days with Thai, a very friendly and funny guide. We enjoyed the local life and all his insights in the local ethnic groups and events.
Both guides were very genuine, which allowed us to dive into the Vietnamese culture, past and present. We also greatly appreciated they were fluent in french. We wish to thank them for the enriching experience.

We booked a cruise on Halong Bay (2 days/1 night) everything was great. Already the Izitour team is very available. They answer all your questions very quickly. On D-Day everything went well. We had a wonderful time on the bay.

Me Van Anh Phan was our contact to prepare our trips to the North of Vietnam, to Sapa and Bac Ha. He is a person who speaks French well. She made us a first proposal that we wanted to modify. She listened to us and adapted the trip to our requests. She was also very helpful in retrieving the notebook that my daughter had left in the car and she arranged to send it to her. Finally, she refunded us the extra cost we had paid for a superior vehicle, because it was in poor condition. She is reliable, you can contact her for the organization of your excursions in Vietnam.

We contacted the Izitour agency because we needed a visa to go to Vietnam. Not only was the agency very responsive in obtaining the visas for us (very fast procedure, regular contact by telephone to inform us of the progress of the procedure) but the agency also organized the trip for us from start to finish, tailor-made taking into account the smallest details of our request. Reception at the airport, hotel reservation in several cities, organization of shuttles to get around town always with pleasant drivers, and also they offered us a magnificent, very friendly guide who gave us a very nice visit to Hanoi and Ninh Binh. All for a more than fair price.

We did a whole circuit in northern Vietnam for 8 days and Anna organized everything impeccably: listening, she made several “tailor-made” proposals (hiking, hotels and homestays, visits…). Everything was very good, very efficient. Special mention to our Driver, Quan, kind, discreet, punctual!

Victor really listens to his customers and knows how to bring a personal touch that makes the trip unique and unforgettable. He was always available despite our last minute requests, with patience and exceptional efficiency.
Our driver Hai speaks impeccable French and is immeasurably kind, always ready to help us, to stop his vehicle to take pictures (we stopped very often) and to tell us little local anecdotes: nobody of a very high value. Our guide, during the visit of Hanoi, made us discover the secrets of this city.

Izitour is a very professional agency and the service provided was impeccable. From Europe, they organized a 19-day tailor-made trip for us throughout Vietnam from North to South with, at each stopover, our family being taken care of by guides or local correspondents from the agency. The view of Halong bay/Sapa mountain area were awesome. Air was clear and fresh. Hiking at the area with sunshine on us was wonderfully pleasant.

The guides were very helpful and professional. Our trip was very pleasant and enjoyable. Everything was well executed. The tours were well organised by the local travel agent, Ms Kayla. There was no delay or hiccup. Even the hotel staff, Ms Dung was very helpful, especially when my daughter fell sick. Overall we are very satisfied with the whole experience at Hanoi. The only problem was the hiking at Sapa was a bit tough for me. Shall definitely recommend family and friends to visit. Plan to revisit in the future and travel by IZITOUR again.

The trip was 2 days in Lan Ha Bay on a private authentic old Junk.
From the first minute to the last one (pick-up in Hanoi), everything was very well organized.The cruise on the bay was fantastic, on an authentic junk. Everything was perfect can we say, the catering, the meals, the crew, the guide who taught us so much about his country. In short, a trip that we recommend without hesitation.
