Thanks Hien for an Amazing Travel Adventure

My husband and I did a 17 day private tour of Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand organized by Hien Nguyen of Authentik Travels/Izitour in April 2023.

Hien Nguyen did an excellent job at customizing a detailed itinerary for us based on our travel preferences and incorporated all our activity requests including a mix of sightseeing the tourist spots, seeing the cultural side of each city, planning outdoor nature activities including a bicycle ride through the countryside and several boat rides, and experiencing the daily lives of the people in each of the regions we visited. Through the entire planning process she was extremely responsive on WhatsApp and email, with very quick turnaround on all questions and requests.

Hien put together a fun-filled travel adventure for us. We had been planning the trip over 6 months and she made the trip truly memorable for us with every detail taken care off and everywhere the hotels, guides, etc. were great. During our travels she was constantly in touch over the phone and chats, ensuring that the trip was going as planned and that we were met at every city by a tour guide and driver from pick up to drop off at each destination. On our first day in Hanoi where she is based, we were fortunate enough to meet her personally and she took us on a walkabout street food dinner which was an absolute treat.

In summary, Hien is an absolute pleasure to work with, and extremely professional. We have no hesitation in recommending her as a travel consultant to anyone who visits these parts, and will definitely reach out to her to plan our next trip to Indo-China.
