I want to say thank you for taking care of Bent and me during our stay in Vietnam.
The hotels were nice: Good breakfast, clean rooms and friendly staff.
The hosts at Homestay were very friendly and we felt us very welcome.
The tour guide was very friendly, nice, took good care of us and knew many things about the destinations. But his English was not always so easy to understand. He had a very strong accent and talked rapidly.
The transportation was fine. The driver was always on time and very helpful and polite.
We are very grateful for the extra transportation to our hotel, where we stayed the last two nights.
We saw in total five temples/pagodas. We think that two would have been enough. Perhaps there are other attractions we could have visited instead.
We had a day trip to Trang An Bai Dinh. One of the best tours that I’ve been. Great experience, we got more than what we paid for. The service was excellent, our tour guide was so knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend, will definitely choose Izitour again - thank you ????
After a long-awaited anticipation, the journey to the Ha giang has finally begun. Although it's not the season for the beautiful terraced fields or blooming flowers, Ms. Silvia Duong has carefully planned and arranged a three-day, two-night itinerary starting from Hanoi, and we still enjoyed the magnificent mountain and river scenery and the winding roads that weave through them, which are truly breathtaking.
Furthermore, the carefully planned meals satisfied our appetites, leaving our group feeling extremely content. We made plans to meet again and asked Ms. Silvia Duong to arrange another trip during the next season when the mountains will be in full bloom, so that we can relax and appreciate the beauty once more.
Thanks to Mrs. Lien Tran from IZItour we had an unforgettable holiday in Laos and Vietnam! From the beginning of our first inquiry she was the most helpful and nice and polite sales woman, I experienced through our more than 40 years of travelling! She helped us to tailor our five weeks according to our interests in ethnic people, landscapes and cultural visits to the most important sights of these two countries.
In our program we had trekking to the local people of North-Laos, which was quite stressful on the way and with very low comfort in the villages. If you are interested in more colorful pictures of the people you should make it until Phongsaly, as we were not so lucky with the very shy people between Mokok Noi - Chapiew Luang and Ban Mouchee (three days multi-ethnic trek, tribal villages of Akha pala, Akha Erpa and Akha Mouchee). But we enjoyed a lot boating on the rivers in both countries, as well sightseeing of different limestone caves - sometimes we were the only visitors! Luang Prabang for sure was on our program as well - but it is not typical for Laos! It is a bit crowded already, because there are so many visitors from raund the world. It reminded me to Bali visits some years ago...
The train in Laos was a quite nice experience of travelling confortable. The railway line was opened only five months ago, is very well organized and gives you an idea of Chinese organisation.
In Vietnam we loved to go around in the very green Mekong-delta: cycling, boating and taking pictures. And joining cooking lessons at the homestay. Or manufacturing lotusflowers, made from paper.
In Hoi An and Hue we were impressed by the wonderful historical buildings as well as by cultural shows like The Hoi An Memories Show or the Vietnamese Bamboo Circus, which reminded us of the artists from Cirque du soleil.
Maybe you decide not to take the nighttrain from Hue to Hanoi - we could not sleep because of too many stations, where the train stopped and went on with a lot of jerking. And if you have to share the compartment with a foreigner who snores really loud...? Think it over twice.
Hanoi was different to Ho Chi Minh City, which we liked more, but was a good place to start our tour to the most northern part of Vietnam. Once again we were on the road to get nice pictures of the people living there and enjoyed the fantastic limestone formations. On all our stops during the weeks we had affordable hotelrooms, each very clean and functional - and sometimes with really luxurious interior. For example an electric toilet with such a lot of buttons, which were so complicated to manage, that we preferred the flush-button only.
What else to tell? Food is very nice, everywhere. We like to eat like the locals, and where the travel agency had booked lunch for us in advance, we had our own chillies with us, because in Vietnam they think, foreigners love to eat without spices! In Laos this was quite different - there we had to decide, if we wanted very strange food from the nightmarket as chicken feet in very hot soup or maybe some insects... But noodle soup is available everywhere! And we love all these markets, which are very colourful and sell fruits, you will dream of, when back in Europe. And they sell turtles and toads, we cannot think of cooking - but this is Asia!
Ba Be was our retreat after weeks of touring through hilly and mountainous areas, foggy or sunny weather. Staying there once again in a private guesthouse with lovely hosts we would have liked more time to stroll through the ricefields.
The luxurious cruise in Lan Ha Bay was our last stop on the program, so we had to head back to Hanoi. We would have preferred a simpler way of cruising, than the four stars boat – but the room with the balcony was quite nice! Only the program of this 2-days/1 night cruise was a bit poor in our eyes: each day only cruising for one hour, and the two trips to the limestone caves did not impress us after the big ones we have seen in the north. However – if you are for the first time in a landscape like there in Lan Ha Bay, it will be an unforgetable experience to you!
So for both countries and the marvelous planning by Mrs. Lien Tran from IZItour it is considered: Any time again!
We ordered a full package of the extended family bonding time. Izi was so supportive and gave us several options. We were afraid that with an extended family of more than 30 members from 5 to 80 yo, it'd be difficult to satisfy all. Surprisingly, all of us had an extremely fun and wonderful day together. Every of us was impressed with the family bonding activities that Izi prepared for us. Meals and accommodation were great. Izi really understood our need and arranged everything carefully so we could play, relax, laugh a lot and spend quality time with other family members.
We would definitely recommend Izi team for family, team trip.
The whole Bai Tu long tour itself was great and it was well organized from the start till the end!
Our tour operator Tran Lien did a real great job; always replied fast and helped us short hand and efficiently.
Our dschunk, the Dragon's Pearl, was a nice and small ship so it was a private atmosphere.
The crew was friendly and helped us in any way they could.
We did kayaking and have seen beautiful natural tunnels (which we passed) and had a georgeus lunch at the beach - the crew grilled fish on the wood-fire grill.
The best was the stunning landscape we experienced!
All in all it was a phantastic experience, though the weather was mediocre...
At least in our opinion an absolute must do in Vietnam!
(And take the 3d2n tour to Bai Tu Long, it's not that crowded then Halong bay...)
My wife was too late for the visa process. Thanks to IZITOUR we were able to receive them the day before our departure and not lose our plane tickets. Special mention to Anh for her kindness and her reactivity and thanks to all our interlocutors for their help.
We went on a cruise on Lan Ha bay thanks to Lim's advice. Everything was very well organized. Thanks again to Lim for his professionalism and his kindness.
This is one of the most memorable trips in my whole life. I was so impressed with the wonder nature of Vietnam. Here are 3 words for Ha Long trip: stunning, adventurous, and healing. The support team was so friendly and enthusiastic. I was guided by Van Anh, a.k.a Anna. She was caring and knowledgeable that I learned a lot about the trip from her. By the way, the team is wonderful and supportive. Thanks for everything. Vietnam, definitely back for more!!!!!!!!!!!
I choose Izitour for our 14 days Vietnam tour.
We were really satisfied with their organization!!
Mr Hoang and Ms Hien, the people with whom I interacted, they proved to be truly professional and understood our needs satisfying them in the best way.
Cars, hotels, drivers and guides were all perfects:
Chat with the guides to learn more about their beautiful country was really interesting and enjoyable.
Plus their indication about Vietnamese cuisine restaurants have been remarkable!
In short, if I had to classify our experience with Izitour, without any doubt I would attribute 5 stars plus!!
Thank you Hoang, thank you Hien!!
Journey from Italy to the North and Center of Vietnam.
My fiancée and I relied on Izitour, especially travel consultant Silvia, to organize our 13-day trip. In addition to the professionalism in the organization, we appreciated Silvia's safety, availability and professionalism throughout the duration of the trip, from planning to the last second before taking the return flight.
Our intention was to get to know the most authentic part of Vietnam without rushing from one stage to the next, but enjoying the moment and dedicating the right time to each activity. The result was exceptional: we felt pampered and in total safety at every stage of our itinerary. We opted for the guide in Italian, this was also the right choice because the level of knowledge of the Italian language is very high.
I advise everyone! If I was to organize another trip to Vietnam, I would definitely use Izitour's contact.
13-day trip to Vietnam perfectly organized by Silvia for a couple in their thirties.
We relied on Silvia for an authentic tour and to optimize our time in Vietnam. The goal was to see as many places as possible in a few days but to experience them without feeling like two tops. We already noticed the professionalism during the organization of the stages, which they had studied from Italy and which we improved thanks to Silvia's advice. The professionalism was confirmed throughout the trip. The experiences lived were unique! Timing was perfect and everything had been organized down to the smallest detail and with the utmost professionalism. Not to mention Silvia's assistance and presence during the trip. She was unique! We felt pampered from the first to the last day.
I recommend it for anyone who wants to organize a trip to Vietnam!
2 weeks well spent in Vietnam. Thank you Anna for arranging our trip. She is always attentive and responsive. We were lucky to be able to discover this beautiful country and the daily life of the locals. I recommend this agency
We came back delighted with this week to discover the North of Vietnam. The success of this trip goes first of all to the flawless and professional organization of IZITOUR.com and particularly thanks to our Travel Advisor Van Anh, without whom our trip would probably not have taken place and to whom we can only salute his attention to his clients. (advice in the preparation, progress of the trip, choice of hotels and accommodation, activities and local assistance of excellent quality), but also to a country rich both in its historical sites and in its natural diversity and above all people who are always very welcoming and smiling.
A quality team of drivers and guides from start to finish, with very pleasant advice and attention whose knowledge has surprised us on several occasions. Passionate and exciting guides.
All this allowed us to travel serenely throughout the week and just enjoy.
We will come back for other destinations with pleasure. Thank you everything was perfect.

Being from tunisia, i needed a visa on arrival to be able to enter Vietnam, which was a quite complicated procedure to do. I have requested the help of Izitour to obtain my visa and I was able to get in less than a week. I especially recommend the travel consultant Hein who was responsible of my case, he was very professional, proactive and happy to answer all my question. I am really satisfied with the quality of services and looking forward to my trip to vietnam.
Anna very responsive, friendly and professional assisted me very kindly in obtaining my e-visa, this shows that Izitour is a very good agency. With knowledgeable Anna.
Thanks to Lim for the advice she gave us and her professionalism, unfortunately we were not able to carry out the proposed tour but it is only a postponement.
5 days from Hanoi, that's what I asked Anna who knew perfectly how to answer my wishes. From the rice fields of Puo Long to the authentic bay of Lan Hà via Minh Binh, we hiked, cycled, rode a Sampan, slept in local homes, on the unforgettable junk... I sincerely thank Anna who, with Bich our guide, made our trip dynamic, authentic and unforgettable.
We were a group of 5 friends and while we were in Thailand we decided to visit Vietnam, we turned to IZITOUR agency in Hanoi who planned and executed our expectations perfectly, world class hotels, guides who speak very good Italian, assist you in anything you need during the trip.
We had a great time, super positive experience, recommend to everyone, very reliable agency.
Thanks to Silvia and Emma for your kindness and helpfulness
Hien at IziTour helped me get my Visa Approval Letter before travelling to Vietnam.
Given that I have a Trinidad & Tobago passport, I was quite worried about the visa process before applying. Hien was very friendly, responsive and clear throughout and my approval letter arrived within 6 working days. I could not recommend my experience more highly!
Silvia has organized our trip to Hanoi and Sapa with high professionalism and experience. Some good local insights are highly appreciated.
A big thank you to Izitour and in particular to Lim, very competent person, always available and very pleasant. Our tour "Ancient capital Hoa Lu and Tam Coc" was very well organized. Punctuality, program, information, ALL was perfect. Bravo and good continuation.
A big thank you to LIM for her professionalism, her availability and her kindness. LIM knew very quickly how to propose us an intimate cruise in the bay of LAN HA which corresponded completely to our expectations. Thank you again LIM, you were perfect !
We had asked to visit Vietnam as close as possible to the population, it is done. Anna prepared a tour that met all our expectations and I thank her for her knowledge and assiduity to amaze our first steps in this magnificent country. AD.
Perfect in every detail.I contacted Izitour 48h before my arrival in Hanoi to organize new tours for my photography groups and with great surprise I found a serious and prepared team that in a very short time made everything requested. Special thanks to Silvia and her excellent Italian, for her organizational skills and constant patience to follow the photographic tour day by day even from a distance and "adjust the shot" during the itinerary itself. Bravissima, congratulations indeed. Beyond all expectations.
Roberto,
My file was taken care of by Anna (Van Anh) for a visa application. I got my visa in only a few days. Anna was available by email and WhatsApp (which is very convenient) and answered all my questions quickly. Thank you again for your help, advice and availability. We will be going through you again for our next stay in Vietnam!
