Booking via IZITOUR

We were planning our holiday to Vietnam and Cambodia through a UK travel agent when a friend in the UK, who had already booked an upcoming trip with IZITour, recommended Linh Le to us.

We contacted Linh to help organise our trip and booked our hotels and transfers through IZITour. From the outset, we were extremely impressed by her proactive approach, attention to detail and excellent communication throughout the planning process.

Linh kept us regularly updated on any changes to our hotel arrangements and transfers, which gave us great peace of mind and made organising our holiday a much less stressful experience.

Unfortunately, we experienced poor standards at one of the hotels during our stay. We shared our feedback with Linh, who immediately apologised and handled the situation with professionalism, understanding and respect. Her prompt response and willingness to address our concerns were greatly appreciated.

If you are planning a trip to Southeast Asia, I would highly recommend IZITour. I would particularly recommend requesting Linh Le as your dedicated travel agent. Her excellent communication, proactive approach and professional attitude helped make our holiday arrangements a stress-free experience and gave us real peace of mind.

Thank you, Linh and IZITour, for all your support. We would definitely recommend your services to anyone planning a trip to Vietnam, Cambodia or elsewhere in Southeast Asia!
