We used Izitour for our family trip (nearly 3 weeks) to Vietnam. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone wishing to visit. From the time I first contacted them, our agent Lien was so helpful. She listened to my ideas and put together an itinerary based on this. It took a good few weeks and lots of questions/tweaks from my part but nothing was too much trouble and I valued her expertise. While we were in Vietnam, Lien kept in touch by WhatsApp throughout, confirming details of drivers /guides and just checking in every now and then to see that all was going well. We had internal flights included in our package and she kindly checked us in for those and sent through the boarding passes by WhatsApp. All the arrangements went very smoothly and I was very impressed with the service provided.
