From Tragedy to Salvation

I arrived in Vietnam with a Swiss passport and was unaware that a visa was required. Blocked at customs, I was desperate. While searching for an urgent visa to enter the country, I met Yen, who solved all my visa problems within a few hours, allowing me to enter the next day!
