My husband and I have just spent a month in Vietnam, traveling from north to south. We chose Izitour, and it was an excellent decision. A wonderful trip to southern Vietnam, with excellent organization by Janette, who listened carefully to our plans. Transfers, hotels, and French-speaking guides—everything was perfect. We spent 23 fantastic days in Vietnam, traveling from north to south and ending on the wonderful island of Phú Quốc. Kim, our travel agent, organized a private tour just for the three of us, as we don’t like traveling in groups and prefer independence. It was simply perfect, planned down to the smallest details, always attentive to our requests and going above and beyond to satisfy them! I spent 19 wonderful days in Vietnam with my girlfriend, and everything went perfectly. We did a very long trip with several domestic flights. We started in Hanoi and traveled all the way to Saigon/the Mekong Delta, then spent a few days on Phu Quoc Island. I planned the trip according to my needs together with Justin from IZI Tour, and he was extremely kind and impeccable. He always made sure everything was running smoothly, and whenever we had a request he was always available. He never made a single mistake and supported us throughout the entire journey. Thanks to him, our vacation was truly memorable!

We departed in December for a 22-day customized tour of Vietnam and Cambodia and have just returned. I never imagined I would experience something so wonderful and unforgettable. The trip was excellently organized, with amazing Italian-speaking guides (whom we warmly embrace) and truly competent and patient drivers. It was a journey through two countries with a very difficult past, which have risen again with courage and love for their land. From the rice terraces of the North, the palaces of Central Vietnam, the Viet Cong tunnels, the Mekong, to Cambodia with its Angkor temples—and much more—we were deeply moved by the people who welcomed us everywhere with simplicity and smiles.

Itinerary, program and activities: Essential Vietnam – 15 days. For those who have two weeks and want to discover Vietnam, this itinerary is perfect: 10/10. A great balance between guided visits and free time to explore independently. Excellent transportation.

Hotels and cruises: All hotels were comfortable and well located: 10/10. We especially appreciated the cabin with a private outdoor space on the boat in Ha Long Bay: a clear 10+.

Meals: The cooking class and the included lunch were highly appreciated: 10/10. Other included meals were also good.

Guides: Our guides My, Huè, Phuc, Tom, and Ngoc (Smeralda) were professional, caring, attentive, and very kind. Special mention for Smeralda’s excellent Italian.

Transportation: We were very satisfied with all the drivers. A special thanks in Ho Chi Minh City, where our driver kept our large luggage for us during our stay on Phu Quoc Island.

Comments and recommendations: We really appreciated being able to plan the itinerary together, combining our needs. Having My Dinh as our contact made us feel safe at all times—she always replied immediately!

We had an exceptional experience with Lien and IziTour. During our recent trip to Vietnam, we wanted to discover Pu Luong and the life of the Mekong Delta.
