On-site visit to Hanoi to obtain information on a cruise to Ha Long Cat Ba Surprise! We are welcomed in an open space with 50 smiles and welcome gestures! A perfectly speaking Lim speaker gives us information and we do business. Lim stayed in contact with us until the bus picked us up at our hotel and then to find out if we were satisfied. The trip went very well the boat was not luxurious but the cabin was spacious and comfortable Thanks Lim!!

My husband and I had an amazing two week trip in Northern Vietnam organized by Izitour at relatively short notice. Our agent Lien Tran could not have been more helpful. She made the changes we requested regarding accommodation and added an extra day trip to make our arrival in Bac Ha coincide with market day. My husband and I have just returned from a 14 day customized tour of Northern Vietnam organized by Izitour at short notice.
