Tour from North to South

I had been thinking of visiting this beautiful country for a long time, thanks to Silvia and Emma for their kindness and for managing to arrange a 2-week private tour in a tight time frame. They were attentive and available at all hours. The Italian-speaking guides knowledgeable and professional and no less were the drivers who safely escorted us far and wide. "Hieu" the young guide who accompanied us on the trip from Hanoi to Bac Ha and Sapa was super caring, recommended many local and street foods for us to taste, "the pancakes" exceptional, finger-licking. Not to mention the Vietnamese coffee, a pleasant surprise, it was a pampering during the whole trip. At the "Capo Cafe" coffee shop in Hanoi we tasted it in all ways, hot, cold, black, with condensed milk, with coconut and even egg coffee, a delight.
