During our Vietnam visit we have completely overlooked the fact that as a Dutch citizens we still need visa in Vietnam and we just discovered it 24 hours before our flight during the check in routine.. since it takes between 3 to 10 days to get an e visa we were really running out of options but luckily, I found a review about Hien at Izitour with her Whatsup number.. I wrote her without having much hope but got an immediate response and even though I only had about 1 hour to send all the docs, we have successfully received our visa on arrival a just as promised 5 hours later. Hien is super professional and would confirm every step taken and every email received ! I highly recommend Hien and Izitour for any services related to Vietnam-!!!!!!

Very serious and professional agency. The agency staff are very helpful and competent. We were followed by Silvia (Italian-speaking agent). The guide we were assigned was a very young, knowledgeable guy who knew the area very well. We were absolutely satisfied. I would highly recommend this agency for an unforgettable tour of Vietnam.

Trip for 7 people (August 2023): 2d/1n boat trip (Cat Ba - equivalent to Halong Bay) + 1d Ninh Binh land trip (Halong Bay land trip)
Lim our planner concocted a dream tour for us:
- she took into account all our wishes (hotels, transport, activities), which we exchanged quite a lot (all by whatsapp - with perfect French handwriting)
- several possible choices that could be modified down to the last detail
- a clear and precise quote
- top-notch travel support: she followed us down to the smallest detail with attention to detail, helping us as best she could - any questions we had were answered immediately
In short, we recommend her 100%.

We booked a 26-day private couple tour with destination Vietnam and Cambodia. From the first contacts made through email and whatsapp, Ms. Cao Thuy Duong showed great care and attention to detail in designing a tailor-made tour fully meeting our needs and expectations. Despite being a trip with a very busy and complex schedule, as we requested, we did not encounter any problems. We just came back from an amazing 12 day trip to Vietnam from Ho Chi Minh City, Hoi An to Hanoi. Ou travel Consultant, Mrs Hien organized the whole trip for us, she is a very professional lady and always one whatsapp away to sort any issues if any. We did not encounter any problem, hotels were nice and she even accommodated our request for a slight change in the itinerary at the last minute. We had a wonderful and unforgettable experience thanks to Mrs Hien and her team. She even came to meet us personally at the hotel in Hanoi. We hope to contact them soon for a future trip to Laos and Cambodia. Great tour operator and the guides were also excellent

We were a group of seven, who set off in a bit of a hurry, and we were lucky enough to come across Izitour!
Lim, our contact, was exceptionally available and responsive!
Thanks to her, we were able to set off on an excursion to Lan ha Bay and then to Ninh Binh, where we were taken care of (in front of the hotel on departure and arrival in Hanoi, bus, magnificent hotel...) and the activities (kayaking, cycling, visits, embroidery classes, guides on site...) were meticulously planned from start to finish ❤️
And all this only two days in advance at a very reasonable price.
I warmly recommend and thank Lim a thousand times over for her concern for our well-being right up to the end, without our ever having met, all in French and in the friendliest possible way ❤️❤️❤️

I had the most exceptional experience with Ms. Hein. When I encountered an issue with my visa, she graciously came to my aid despite our unfamiliarity. Through WhatsApp, she tirelessly assisted me in resolving my visa-related concerns. Prior to reaching out to her, I had contacted numerous agencies and even paid for assistance, but none of them were able to provide the support I needed. We contacted IZITOUT in order to organize a 15 days Vietnam tour from south to north, Our consultant was Duong Cao (Silvia). Everything was perfect, from the first inquiry she was very helpful and provide extensive information and suggestions and always open to redesign the tour accordingly to our needs, she config a perfect solution for us with all the freedom we needed.
