The terraced fields in Nam Hong village are also recognized as national scenic spots of Vietnam, which makes them as wonderful, if not more, as the fields of Na Thac, Khuoi My, and Lung Vai villages.

Moreover, you will be a little surprised to know that most of the national costumes of Dzao women in Nam Hong are all embroidered and sewed for themselves. Each outfit will have unique decorative patterns along with silver jewelry: earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and head wraps, while men's costumes are simpler.

Not only can visitors enjoy the scenery, but they can also participate in the daily life activities of the Red Dzao - one of Ha Giang's ethnic minority groups - to learn more about their culture as well as have a great time. These activities include participating in famous traditional festivals such as the maturity ceremony (a ritual that marks the coming of age of young men in the village), the Rice Offering Ceremony, the Harvest Praying Ceremony, the Wedding Ceremony, etc.

In addition, tourists will also live with local families in their traditional houses. These are low-slung houses, so they are always cool and airy in the summer and cozy in the winter; they also have full equipment and utensils. And of course, tourists can join the people to enjoy Ha Giang specialties in Nam Hong and strange dishes with bold flavors of the Dzao people. In particular, all of these dishes are cooked from the blazing red stoves - the traditional feature of the Red Dzao.

Nam Hong Village Ha Giang is always a highlight in every Ha Giang tour itinerary. Therefore, it has increasingly attracted a large number of tourists and promises many interesting experiences for all visitors, once they have arrived.
