You’ll need to pack some warm clothing and rainproof against damp, foggy weather.

3.1. Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) & Mekong Delta
We highly recommend traveling to Ho Chi Minh City as it is not as busy as usual during this period. February falls in the dry season so visiting surrounding Sai Gon places like Cu Chi tunnels will be more pleasant.
