Anan Saigon was Ho Chi Minh City's only representative in the list of the top 4 Michelin-starred restaurants in Vietnam last year. This 2025, Anan Saigon continues to affirm its position by once again achieving the 1-Michelin-star award.

"Whether you order fresh tuna tartare, roast duck rice paper, shrimp meat tacos, or wagyu beef marrow noodle soup, each dish is elegant with balanced flavors and textures."

Our signature dishes such as Da Lat pizza, taco pancakes, and foie gras spring rolls are creative and unexpected but at the same time familiar and full of Vietnamese flavor." shared chef Peter Cuong Franklin.
