We did the two days, 1 night cruise in Ha-Long Bay with Pelican Cruse, the experience was very good, they perfectly fulfilled the program that Izitour sent us.

Every detail of our trip worked perfectly. The numerous drivers we used throughout the trip were always on time, the hotels were very nice and our tour guide was fantastic! We enjoyed the Mekong Delta and Halong Bay. All activities planned by our travel contact, Nguyen Thu Hien, we’re done incredibly well.

My husband and I had a wonderful trip. EVERY detail was handled exactly as you said it would be and we never had to wonder if our driver would be where they were supposed to be. Our tour leader was FANTASTIC and we learned a lot about the history, the vegetation, traditions, etc. He was a pleasure to be around. Hien from Izitour arranged my trip to Halong Bay with perfection. We had a late arrival into Hanoi and we were catered a private speedboat to catch the main cruise. Many of our questions were answered nicely.

After struggling to find a way to aquire a Vietnam approval letter, after finding Izitour and Hien, in a matter of weeks I had my approval letter without any problem in a very easy manner. Hien has been very kind and hepful in explaining me any doubt or question i had.

She customized a detailed itinerary for us based on our travel preferences and was able to accommodate our activity requests which included a mix of sightseeing the tourist spots, seeing the cultural side of each city, planning outdoor nature activities including a bicycle ride through the countryside and several boat rides, and experiencing the daily lives of the people in each of the regions we visited. From the outset when we contacted her six months prior to the trip, she spent countless hours catering to our every need, answering our numerous e-mails and What’s App chats. She was extremely patient and very responsive in making changes and put together a fun filled itinerary for us. During our travels she was constantly in touch over the phone and chats, ensuring that the trip was going as planned and that we were met at every city by a tour guide and driver from pick up to drop off at each destination. On our first day in Hanoi where she is based, we were fortunate enough to meet her personally and she took us on a walkabout street food dinner with her husband which was an absolute treat. In short, Hien was a delight to work with, extremely professional and she has become a What’s App friend after we came back ! We just finished a wonderful 15-day 4-person tour with guides and drivers organized by the wonderful Sivia who also followed us step by step through the guides and direct WA contacts.
The tour touched north, central and south with internal transfers by plane.
