Journey from Italy to the North and Center of Vietnam.
My fiancée and I relied on Izitour, especially travel consultant Silvia, to organize our 13-day trip. In addition to the professionalism in the organization, we appreciated Silvia's safety, availability and professionalism throughout the duration of the trip, from planning to the last second before taking the return flight.
Our intention was to get to know the most authentic part of Vietnam without rushing from one stage to the next, but enjoying the moment and dedicating the right time to each activity. The result was exceptional: we felt pampered and in total safety at every stage of our itinerary. We opted for the guide in Italian, this was also the right choice because the level of knowledge of the Italian language is very high.
I advise everyone! If I was to organize another trip to Vietnam, I would definitely use Izitour's contact.

13-day trip to Vietnam perfectly organized by Silvia for a couple in their thirties.
We relied on Silvia for an authentic tour and to optimize our time in Vietnam. The goal was to see as many places as possible in a few days but to experience them without feeling like two tops. Being from tunisia, i needed a visa on arrival to be able to enter Vietnam, which was a quite complicated procedure to do. I have requested the help of Izitour to obtain my visa and I was able to get in less than a week. I especially recommend the travel consultant Hein who was responsible of my case, he was very professional, proactive and happy to answer all my question. From the rice fields of Puo Long to the authentic bay of Lan Hà via Minh Binh, we hiked, cycled, rode a Sampan, slept in local homes, on the unforgettable junk... Hien at IziTour helped me get my Visa Approval Letter before travelling to Vietnam.
Given that I have a Trinidad & Tobago passport, I was quite worried about the visa process before applying. Hien was very friendly, responsive and clear throughout and my approval letter arrived within 6 working days. I could not recommend my experience more highly!
