1. Ban Gioc Waterfall, Cao Bang

Ban Gioc Waterfall is an iconic landmark of Cao Bang province, located on the flow of the Quay Son River. This waterfall also serves as a natural border between Vietnam and neighbouring China, so it is associated with many interesting legends and preserves numerous festivals, showcasing the unique cultural beauty of the ethnic minorities in the Northwest region.

Located at an altitude of about 1400m, Tac Tinh waterfall boasts a waterfall with a height of over 120m during the summer season.

The water flows gently and smoothly into the lake at the foot of the waterfall during the autumn and winter seasons. 4. Datanla Waterfall, Da Lat

The Datanla Waterfall tourist area is situated on Highway 20, in the Prenn Pass area, Da Lat City, Lam Dong Province. This waterfall is nestled amidst the Prenn Pass, about 5km south of the city center of Da Lat, with a large volume of water cascading over a 20m cliff through multiple rock platforms, forming a very gentle and clear stream. Thanks to its rugged terrain and natural landscape, the Datanla Waterfall area has been developed into a tourist destination, offering a combination of adventurous activities, entertainment, and relaxation with various services.

5. Khe Van Waterfall, Quang Ninh

Khe Van Waterfall originates from the Khe Van range, situated at an altitude of over 1,000 meters above sea level and is considered the largest waterfall in Quang Ninh province. The name "Khe Van" translates to "smoke stream," with "Van" meaning smoke, thus Khe Van means a stream with smoke. With an impressive height of nearly 100 meters, water cascades from the high peak, creating fine white mist, making Khe Van Waterfall an ideal destination that attracts all visitors to Quang Ninh.

7. Dambri Waterfall, Lam Dong

Dambri Waterfall is located within the Dambri Ecotourism Complex, about 18 km from Bao Loc city. The waterfall is surrounded by lush green forests and a variety of vibrant flowers. You can walk down 138 steps along the mountainside to reach the foot of the waterfall if you wish to explore and admire the stunning scenery here. K50 Waterfall is located within the Kon Chu Rang Nature Reserve in K’Bang District, about 150 km from Pleiku City. The waterfall, which is part of the upper reaches of the Con River flowing from Gia Lai to Binh Dinh, is named K50 because of its height of over 50 meters.

To reach the foot of the waterfall, visitors must trek through a forest, so it is advisable to wear long-sleeved clothing, high socks, and carry a walking stick to avoid insects. Upon arriving, visitors will be able to admire and explore the tall waterfall, which resembles a skyscraper with its powerful water cascading down below and mist floating in the air. 9. Yang Bay Waterfall, Khanh Hoa

Yang Bay Waterfall is located in Nga Hai village, Khanh Phu commune, Khanh Vinh district, Khanh Hoa province, about 40 km from the center of Nha Trang city. The waterfall is situated in a valley covering approximately 570 hectares, surrounded by vast, majestic forests and mountains.

Elephant Falls is one of the three largest waterfalls in Lam Dong province and is located in Nam Ban district, approximately 28 km southwest of Da Lat City. It is unclear when Elephant Falls first appeared, but the legendary stories associated with it are closely tied to the development history of this highland region, making it an unmissable destination when visiting Da Lat – Lam Dong.

Officially named Lieng Rowoa, the waterfall is more commonly known as Elephant Falls, likely due to the massive boulders beneath it that have been eroded by water, making them round and smooth like the backs of wild elephants.

From a height of 30 meters, a vast sheet of water cascades down, creating a white frothy mist with a thunderous roar that echoes across the sky, forming a giant water curtain up to 40 meters wide. Surrounding the waterfall is a broad-leaved primary forest teeming with birds and wildlife.
