The combined savory of sourness, sweetness, and astringent taste is favored by drinkers. Tré is best served within 5 days after production.

          With delicious taste and sweet meat, Huynh De crab is one of the most expensive Quy Nhon specialties thanks to its high economic value and abundant nutritional source.

          In addition to the simple and delicious steamed dish, people also process king crab into other dishes such as salty braise, salt roast, and make porridge. If you want to eat crab, you should go to Quy Nhon in the spring and summer, because this is the crab season, there are many crabs and the prices are more reasonable.
