Cozy Boutique Cruise can arrange for a comfortable shuttle bus to collect up visitors from their accommodations in the Hanoi Old Quarter. The pick-up time is from 7:30 to 8:00 in the morning, every day. It is advisable that you eat breakfast and be ready in the hotel lobby at an advised time because the bus cannot stop for long in the Old Quarter. Cozy Boutique cruise's shuttle bus does not pick up passengers from the Hanoi train station (Lao Cai arrival) until 7:30 in the morning, therefore it is better that you return to your Hanoi Old Quarter hotel, or call the cruise to organize a pickup spot where you can have breakfast and rest before the shuttle bus arrives. Returning to your hotel in the Old Quarter will ensure a seamless pick-up, therefore we recommend it.
