3.1. Design Structure

Mila Cruise is made from metal and has a similar structure to its sister Milalux Cruise. They were first launched in 2013 and renovated once in 2020. Mila Cruise is 44m long, 11m wide, and 11m high and has 3 decks:

• The 1st deck: The area of the Deluxe Ocean Suite, with 14 cabins in all. At the rear of the family cruise is the reception and spa space. Perpendicular to it, the kitchen area sets the location. Move to the locomotive on the same deck; there is an area for the crew aboard.
• The 2nd deck: You will witness Suite Ocean View and Royal Suite neatly arranged. From the front of the deck to the stern, there will be 02 Royal Suite rooms, 06 Suite Ocean View rooms (located in the middle of the floor), and the dining room (occupying nearly half of the floor).
• The 3rd deck: You can relax, listen to music, and chat with travel mates in the beautiful sunshine amidst the seascape of Ha Long Bay. The sundeck offers a full range of comfy couches where you can stretch out and bask in the sun. The airy and spacious space will surely make you satisfied.

#3 Royal Suite

5. Some Notes When Booking A Cabin On The Mila Cruise

All cruise ships in Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay that want to spend the night on the Bay must be licensed by the Bay management board. During days of bad weather (storms, strong winds, big waves, etc.), the Bay management board will stop granting overnight permits to all ships to ensure the safety of tourists. In such a situation, they will apply the following policies:

• If the Bay management board gives notice when you are on the tour schedule (you have used some services such as transportation from Hanoi - Ha Long/Hai Phong, lunch, day cruise, etc. .vv), Mila will only charge you for the services you have used, the remaining services will be fully refunded.
• If the 3-day 2-night program is cut to 2-day 1-night due to weather conditions, Mila will only collect the fee for the 2-day 1-night program including the services you have used and the unused services. Mila will refund you accordingly.
• In case some attractions are canceled due to severe weather or other force majeure causes, please contact the travel agency that you booked with to process a partial refund of the order
• The trip may be canceled in case of natural disasters or bad weather. The supplier will based on the actual situation send a cancellation notice 1 day in advance
• Visitors with the following diseases or health conditions or those who are sensitive to external influences or are easily overstimulated are advised not to participate in some activities: high blood pressure, heart disease, acrophobia, asthma, epilepsy, and pregnant women
• Guests with special menu requests, food allergies, or dietary restrictions please notify us at least 1 week before the trip.
