Considered as the national and majority religion, Buddhism was introduced into Vietnam in the early 2nd century and became popular in many regions. This tour takes you to visit one of the holiest locations for Buddhism in Vietnam.
8:00 AM: Start from your hotel and enjoy a 2-hour scenic drive to the Perfume pagoda, a holly land complex of Buddhism in Vietnam.
On arrival at the Yen stream pier, board your private sampan boat for an hour long journey on crystal water with beautiful surrounding mountains. Afterwards, an easy trek leads you to the station where you will take a cable car to the main pagoda – Huong Tich, located inside the cave of the highest mountain. The cave is considered as the most beautiful cave in the Southern sky. Return by cable car or easy walk, enjoy the stunning views of the karst range interwoven into small temples, pagodas, houses and farms.
Have lunch at a local restaurant, we will then visit the Thien Tru (Heaven kitchen) pagoda before taking a boat trip back to the harbor. Get a transfer back to Hanoi in the late afternoon.
