Cat Ba Ocean 07 Cruise | Lan Ha Bay 2 days 1 night

7:00 AM – 7:30 AM: Our driver will pick you up either from your hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter or our shuttle bus stop if your accommodation is located outside the Old Quarter (an additional fee applies). We'll then begin a scenic journey to Cat Ba Island. The transfer time is approximately 2-3 hours, including reaching Dong Bai Ferry Terminal. From there, you'll board a ferry that will take you across the bay, followed by another short drive to Cat Ba Island.

12:00 – 12:10 PM: Begin your cruise as our friendly staff warmly welcomes you at Cai Beo Cruise Port in Cat Ba island.  

12:30 – 1:00 PM: Board the boat, settle in, and sip on a refreshing welcome drink while learning about the exciting journey ahead.  

1:15 – 2:30 PM: Savor a delicious lunch as we glide through the stunning Lan Ha Bay, admiring its breathtaking limestone formations. Lan Ha Bay is a breathtaking extension of the renowned Halong Bay, offering a serene escape from the crowds. Known for its emerald-green waters and over 300 towering limestone islets, the bay is a haven of unspoiled beauty.

3:00 – 5:00 PM: Dive into exploration! Visit Ba Trai Dao or Dau Be (optional), marvel at the region's fascinating geography, or paddle a kayak to get up close to the towering karsts. Prefer something more leisurely? Take a tender boat for a scenic ride or enjoy a refreshing swim in the bay’s emerald waters. Relax on a secluded beach and soak in the serene beauty of this pristine paradise.  

5:30 – 7:15 PM: Return to the boat for some downtime on the sundeck. Refresh yourself and join our engaging Vietnamese cooking demonstration before indulging in a sumptuous dinner on board.  

After dinner, the evening is yours! Unwind on the sundeck, sip cocktails at the bar, or try your hand at squid fishing. For an extra treat, kayak under the stars to witness the magical glow of bioluminescent plankton. 

5:00 AM: Start your day early to witness the sun rising over the bay, painting a magical scene.  

6:30 – 7:00 AM: Awaken your body and mind with a Tai Chi session on the sundeck.  

7:00 – 7:50 AM: Enjoy a hearty breakfast paired with panoramic views of the bay. As you dine, the boat cruises towards Viet Hai Village, a charming fishing community nestled on the island.  

8:00 – 9:30 AM: Discover Viet Hai Village! Cycle or take an electric car to explore the local way of life. Breathe in the crisp, fresh air as you meander through lush greenery and connect with the peaceful rhythm of village life.  

10:00 AM: Return to the boat and pack up as we cruise back to the port. A delightful set lunch is served on board to complete your journey.  

11:45 – 12:00 PM: Disembark at Cai Beo Cruise Port, bidding farewell to an unforgettable experience. 

You will be picked up by our driver and transferred you to Hanoi (additional fees apply). The journey takes approximately 1 hour to reach Cai Vieng Ferry Terminal. From there, you will board the ferry to cross the bay, followed by another 2-hour drive to arrive back in Hanoi. You will be dropped off at your hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter or at our Shuttle Bus stop.
