Hanoi - Bai Tu Long Bay 160km - 3h
Transfer to Bai Tu Long bay, kayaking in Cap La island area, enjoying sunset over the bay
If transport is included, our driver will pick you up from your hotel in the heart of Hanoi. From there, we’ll begin our journey to Halong City, enjoying a scenic drive through the picturesque Red River Delta. The trip takes approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, with a convenient stop along the way for restrooms if needed.
11:30 - 12:00 : Arrive at the office at Halong International Cruise Port, spend time relaxing with a cup of tea or coffee while waiting for the captain to finish registration, then transfer by tender to the boat.
12:15 - 12:30 : Enjoy a welcome drink and listen to a short briefing about safety on the boat and included activities, then check in to the cabin.
13:00 - 13:30 : A Vietnamese set menu lunch is served while cruising into Bai Tu Long Bay.
15:00 : Arrive at the kayaking area at Cap La Island. Enjoy kayaking through the karst, swimming, and relaxing.
17:00 - 17:30 : Get back to the boat and enjoy the sunset party while the cruise sails to the overnight anchorage.
18:00 - 18:30 : Enjoy the sunset party at the overnight anchorage place and experience a vegetable carving demonstration with the chef.
19:00 : A set-dinner is served onboard.
20:30 : Free time to try Vietnamese puzzle games, play board games with family or group, go squid fishing, or enjoy a cocktail at night on the bay.

Discovering the charm of Thien Canh Son cave, disembarking & getting back Hanoi
06:00: Start your day with a Tai Chi routine on sundeck or catch a morning view of the stunning bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee.
07:00: Breakfast will be served in Western style, familiar to you to fulfill your strength and ready for another exploring day.
08:00: Explore the well hidden Thien Canh Son Cave.
09:00: Upon return to the boat you will have about 30 minutes to freshen up and finish packing.
10:00: Attend in a Vietnamese cooking demonstration. You can quickly learn a simple but delicious Vietnamese dish that Gordon Ramsey (a 2 Michelin Star Chef) used to guide – Nem Cuon or challenge yourself in fruit and vegetables carving.
11:00: Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch on boat.
12:00: Back to the harbor.
You will be met at the cruise waiting lounge, then transferred to Hanoi. The journey takes approximately 2.5–3 hours, with an optional restroom stop along the way.

Wonderful trip
It was a great experience! The boat, the crew, the activities just unique. We really enjoyed the time on board. A huge thank to Lien for arranging this cruise for us (we asked for a less-touristy experience in Halong Bay and she suggested Bai Tu Long Bay to us!) We will not hesitate to book izitour's service again.

Le personnel est très gentil et toujours disponible. Les paysages sont superbes tout au long de la croisière. La cuisine est délicieuse et les plats sont très bien présentés. Un grand merci à Tony, toujours souriant et à l’écoute. Une très belle expérience, je recommande vivement !

Memorable experience
Amazing, memorable experience on a beautiful boat. Our family of four had two interconnecting rooms on the 2 day 1 night Bai Tu Long Bay cruise. The organisation was impeccable from the moment we were picked up from our hotel in Hanoi by our friendly bus-driver, and communication beforehand was excellent. The boat itself felt very safe and the rooms, (though small, as they are on a boat!)were nice and clean. The meals were delicious and we were served a banquet of fantastic Vietnamese food each time. My family has two pescatarians, one vegetarian and one meat-eater, and our dietary needs were very well catered for. The timetable was varied and interesting- we especially enjoyed the morning tai chi, kayaking among the limestone karsts and swimming off a beach. Bai Tu Long Bay is beautiful. There were a few other cruise ships nearby even though apparently it is much quieter than Halong Bay. The whole experience was made perfect by Lien, from Izitour (travel agency). She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Thank you to Lien and everyone at Renea.
