8:30 AM: In the morning, you can enjoy airy space at Robin Hill, Da Lat cable car station to get the panorama view of the Da Lat City and enjoy the marvelous sight of the pine forested valley stretched down to the South. After taking some photos, an option to take the cable car descending down 300 meters with the nice view of flower, vegetable fields dotted in the pine forested valley below to visit to Tuyen Lam lake. Surrounding by pine forest, Tuyen Lam Lake looks like a paradise with the Truc Lam Zen monastery - the biggest Zen University in Viet Nam. Please dress decently, very quiet scenery beside its beautiful flower garden, which is built on the top of Phoenix Hill.
Keep driving southward stop over at Phu Hoi commune to learn about the making rice paper (depend on the season).
Have a break for lunch at local restaurant (by your own account) We continue our trip to Chicken village of the K’Ho ethnic people residing at the base of Elephant Mountain where indigenous Gong culture has been maintained by generations. Walk around the village to see their vegetable, flower farms, traditional wooden houses and beautiful weaving products.
Leave the village for Pongour waterfall 50 km from Da Lat city, one of the biggest falls of the central highlands. Taking photos and enjoy the wild nature around the falls area.
Finally, visit an incense making stall or mushroom farm in the thatched houses then travel back to Da Lat.
