Itinerary Changes and Amendments
We'll try our best to stick to the planned itinerary, but given the unpredictable nature of the river and the rural areas we'll be exploring, there might be times when we need to make on-the-spot adjustments without prior notice. In those situations, we're committed to ensuring that the places we visit and the excursions we take are as close as possible to what was originally planned.
In case of political issues, natural disasters like earthquakes, or unexpected disruptions due to weather, festivals, or other factors beyond our control, we hold the right to tweak the itinerary or activities to ensure the best possible experience for our passengers.
River Conditions Warning
The water levels of the Mekong rivers go through seasonal ups and downs. Overnight, there can be some significant changes, and a sudden rise might throw off our planned itinerary, blocking us from passing under certain bridges. On the flip side, a sudden drop could mean we can't visit certain spots or go as far upstream as we'd like. While we'll do our best to stick to the published itinerary, the unpredictable nature of the river and other local conditions might throw us a curveball, leading to changes and delays on short notice.
In those cases, we'll come up with an alternative plan to make sure any missed visits are swapped out with other cool spots. The ship's captain and manager share the responsibility for keeping our guests comfy and safe. Passengers should roll with the decisions and instructions they dish out.
