Discover Lan Ha bay, Dark and Bright cave with kayaking, swimming, and cooking demonstration.
7:00 AM: Our driver will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter (if you have booked the transfer with us). Depart for Halong Bay.
9:30 AM: Arrive at Tuan Chau port. We welcome our guests onboard with a welcome drink, followed by a cruise briefing, safety instructions, and check-in. Begin cruising and explore Halong Bay, one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature. JadeSails will take you on a 7.5-hour odyssey, deeply exploring remote Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay, discovering many hidden splendors of untouched natural wonders.
11:00 AM: While cruising through a maze of towering limestone mountains, enjoy lunch in our elegant, air-conditioned restaurant. A buffet lunch (Western, Vietnamese, and seafood) is served, with spectacular seascapes always in view through the expansive windows.
1:30 PM: Drop anchor at a cove amid the dramatic natural scenery of the Dark and Light grotto archipelago. After an introduction from our expert on how to paddle safely, you'll glide gently through stalagmite caves into hidden lagoons in a bamboo boat rowed by a fisherfolk. Every turn reveals another surprise and secret passage in this maze of incredible rock formations rising majestically from jade-green waters.
3:00 PM: Continue to a quiet area in Lan Ha Bay, a serene tourist paradise in Vietnam known for its pristine beaches and spectacular beauty, featuring about 400 fascinating islands. You may prefer to try kayaking or simply enjoy a swim, immersed in the crystal-clear waters of the bay.
4:00 PM: Join our short cooking demonstration class where our chef will guide you in making famous traditional Vietnamese spring rolls. Here, you will gain an understanding of Vietnamese culinary culture.
4:30 PM: Gather on the sundeck to watch the magnificent sunset over the Seven Wonders of Nature while enjoying our Sunset Party. It's an ideal time to make new friends, share your travel experiences, watch the sunset, or simply relax as we cruise back to Tuan Chau Marina. Alternatively, you can choose to relax in the large Jacuzzi located at the front of the cruise.
5:45 PM: Disembark at the port, and hop into our bus (if you have booked the transfer with us) for the return transfer back to Hanoi.
7:30 PM: Drop off at your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, concluding the Halong bay day trip with Jade Sails.
