Explore Hanoi's hidden corners at night on a Vespa while savoring local food and drinks.
18:00: Our Vespas riders will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, taking you to a local café with a fantastic view of Hanoi Cathedral. While you enjoy a welcome drink, your guide will brief you on the itinerary and cover some safety points.
18:30: Let's kick off the evening adventure with a short ride to a local restaurant in Ngu Xa village. Here, you'll get to try "Phở cuốn" – a delightful dish of steam rice paper rolls with fried beef and salad, paired with a dipping sauce featuring young papaya and various spices. Don't miss out on other authentic treats like "Phở chiên phồng" – stir-fried steam rice paper with beef, bok choy, and onion, and "Phở trộn" – mixed noodles.
19:30: After a satisfying meal, we'll ride along the scenic Thanh Nien Road, nestled between Truc Bach Lake and West Lake, offering a glimpse of Hanoi's new city.
20:00: Our next stop is the "Chả cá" restaurant, where you'll savor grilled fillet fish mixed with spring onion, dill, coriander, basil, and vegetables, served with rice noodles.
20:30: The adventure continues as we head to Ba Dinh Square and the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. Take a leisurely stroll, witness the changing of the guard, and experience the solemn lowering of the National flag ceremony in front of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.
21:10: Riding through the colonial and old quarters, we'll reach the night bars. Enjoy a drink while soaking in the lively atmosphere with rhythmic music, including rock, Vietnamese love songs, or jazz. Here, you'll have the chance to step on stage and perform or simply enjoy the local musical talent, performing in both Vietnamese and English, each with their unique style.
