My husband and I have just returned from a 14 day customized tour of Northern Vietnam organized by Izitour at short notice. The communication was excellent always: in the planning phase we received from Hien our advisor, very clear explanations of the scope of the different alternatives; response was always fast after changes decided.Hien was able to design a personalized trip considering our needs and preferences, arranging everything: hotels, land and air transportation, tours. During the trip, the follow up by Hien was constant, practically every day, about how the travel was, and she was always ready to solve any issue. Guides were very knowledgeable with very good to excellent command in English. Drivers were respectful and prudent. Their kindness and service was remarkable. I very highly recommend IZITOUR for anyone considering a trip to Southeast Asia. My son and I decided to visit Vietnam and Cambodia for a trip in April 2023. Second time in Vietnam,we visited the places we missed. Then again if you want to see this wonderful country it takes time. From north to south there are 2000km, with some internal flights(very honest prices) . On the choice of the agency there was no doubt (winning team does not change). IZITOUR once again confirmed its value. Guides who speak Italian very well, serious and careful drivers, level hotels and well-developed program.
