I'm going to Vietnam in a couple of weeks and although I'm not travelling with Izitour, I have been in contact with one of their agents (Anna) who has helped me preparing this trip. She is efficient, reactive and very professional. She has given me free advice on various things (transport, cooking classes etc.) for which I'm most grateful. Thanks very much Anna for all your help!
