• Receive and analyze customer requests from Manager
• Consult the most suitable tour plan for customers
• Communicate with English speaking clients to consult their holiday to Vietnam, Cambodia
• Create private tour program and make quotation according to clients’ requests if requested
• Follow up dealing process, communicate to meet clients’ desires
• Take care of clients before, during and after the trip.
• Report to Sales Manager on request

REQUIREMENT

• A University degree specializing in tourism or languages graduate (English, German, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian)
• Be proficient in 4 skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing
• Ability to understand clients/ partners demands
• Familiar with office applications (word, excel, outlook & …)
