Today we drive to visit Kbal Spean, 50km northeast of Siem Reap or 18km from Banteay Srei. The original "River of Thousand Lingas", Kbal Spean is an intricately carved riverbed deep in the foothills of the Cambodian jungle. Visit to Banteay Srei temple (10th century), regarded as the jewel in the crown of classical Khmer Art. Then continue your visit to Banteay Samre, build in the third quarter of the 12th century. It consists of a central temple with four wings preceded by a hall and accompany by two libraries, the southern example remarkably well preserved. Overnight at your hotel in Siem Reap

Departure by private car with guide to discover Kulen Mountain. Kulen mountain is situated at north east of Angkor Complex about 50 Km, it takes approximately 2h drive up to the hill top with 487 meters height and plateau stretches 30 km long. Kulen is considered by Khmers to be the most sacred mountain in Cambodia and it is a popular place for domestic visitors during weekends and festivals. The hill is used as the ancient capital city II in AD 802 to declare himself as god king and announced independence from Java, then giving birth to present day Cambodia.

On the hilltop there are 56 Angkorian temples made of bricks and volcanic stones, but most of them are badly in poor condition, today name Hahendrapura, founded in the reign of King Jayavarman temple base only is remain intact. The visible sites in modern day are Prasat krau Romeas, Rong Chen (the first mountain temple), Sra Damrei (Elephant pond); Thousands of phallic symbols carved a long liver bed and divided in three ports for the Hindu trinity gods. These three ports used for baptistery. At the summit of the hill you can see Buddhist pagoda and a large reclining Buddha statue with 8 meters length carved into a sandstone bock in 16th century.

The last attractive spot is a waterfall, it splits in two spots the first waterfall is four or five meters heights and 20 to 25 diameters in dry and raining seasons. The second waterfall is 15 to 20 meters heights and 10 to 15 diameters in dry and raining seasons. Lunch at local restaurant on spot. The water is considered holy and Khmers like to bottle it to take home with them. The source of water eventually flows in to Tonle Sap Lake and is thought to bless the water ways of Cambodia. Moring transfer to Boeung Pearaing Lake. The Boeung Pearaing Biodiversity Conservation project in Chreav village, Sangkat Chreav, near Siem Reap is a lovely place to visit right now, as it's getting off the ground. Journey beyond the usual tourist sites and explore the amazing Cambodian wildlife. Go out for a day and embark on some unique bird watching opportunities.

Chreav Village Bird watching, situated just 15 minutes away from Siem Reap town is home to about 175 rare species of countryside, mountain and water birds. Being a year-round avian habitat, it's closed by Boeng Peariang Bird Reserve allows every visitor to get a sight and experience a rich variety of wild bird species in their natural surroundings. But before watching bird we take the oxcart riding tour in community is a great way to learn about Cambodian authentic living style, You will get a great experience with traditions to discover and fun, a simple way as well to support a bit the local community.

In the morning, visit to Kampong Khleang. Kampong Khleang is located on the northern lake-edge about 55 km east of Siem Reap town, more remote and less tourist than Kampong Pluk. Visitors to Kampong Khleang  during the dry season are universally awestruck by the forest of stilted houses rising up to 10 meters in the air. In wet season the waters rise up to one or two meters of the buildings. Kompong Khleang is a permanent community within the flood plain of the Lake, with an economy based in fishing and surrounded by flooded forest. Kompong Khleang is significantly larger with nearly 10 times the population of Kompong Pluk, making it the largest community on the Lake. Lunch at local restaurant.
